Sagrada Familia – Parc Guell – Gaudi’s Beautiful World

A trip to Barcelona, it’s not complete without a trip to check out Antoni Gaudi’s architectural creation. He is a famous Catalan architect known as the greatest exponent of Catalan Modernism. Here’s the Wikipedia link about him . I think he’s a fascinating figure and I can tell from his masterpieces that he was a genius in his field.

I had the opportunity to visit Sagrada Familia. I paid for the guided tour which cost me $27. I think it’s worth it and I know some people said they don’t like paying to get into the church, me too! As an Atheist, I don’t really have any connection with places of worships but Sagrada Familia is breathtakingly beautiful and something that everyone should see when you visit Barcelona. I recommend making online reservation even during this pandemic time. Here’s the link for the official site. I think the audio guided tour will be just fine, but with a dollar extra why not get the guided tour with an actual guide?

Sagrada Familia

The construction of Sagrada Familia started in 1892 and it’s still on going. It’s a true masterpiece for everyone to experience.

Here’s what it looks like inside the building.

Here’s the back of the building. Make sure you are subscribe to my Youtube channel to see this beauty in a video format.

Back of the building

I also visited Parc Guell which is a park designed by Anthony Gaudi. The admission to the Park was 10 euro and you can easily spend a couple hours here. So much beauty in one park.

These two attractions are a must see for everyone who are planning to visit Barcelona! Don’t forget to subscribe to my blog so you won’t miss any new post from me and also check out all of my other social media here.
